Judging at GenAI Genesis: A Weekend of Innovation & Inspiration

Last week, I had the incredible opportunity to serve as a judge at GenAI Genesis — one of the largest generative AI hackathons in North America.

With over 2,200 applicants, 160 teams, and representation from 100+ universities, the event was buzzing with energy, talent, and groundbreaking ideas. From cutting-edge LLM applications to AI-powered solutions tackling real-world problems, it was inspiring to witness students push the boundaries of what’s possible in just 72 hours.

As someone who lives at the intersection of tech and business, I was especially excited to see so many projects with tangible impact and creative execution.
